Meet the heart of the bakery
Duchess is at the center of Stirred by God's bread and workshop experience. Her traditional Welsh lineage is said to reach back nearly 900 years.
Marsha has cared for and fed Duchess for years, using premium imported organic flour and no commercial yeast. Workshop students learn how to care for their own portion of this living culture at home.
